1. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE POLICY

All Novelia products are formulated in compliance with applicable cosmetic safety regulations and industry standards. Our microneedle patches use FDA-cleared dissolving microneedle technology and are dermatologist-approved. All product descriptions accurately reflect ingredients, usage, and expected outcomes. We do not sell restricted or prohibited products.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Novelia products are cosmetic skincare devices, not medical treatments. Results may vary between individuals. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our products are designed for external use only on the under-eye area. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin or pre-existing skin conditions. Always follow the usage instructions included with your product.

3. WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every Novelia product. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost within 30 days of purchase. To claim a replacement, please contact our support team at info@mynovelia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@mynovelia.com as soon as possible with your order number.

5. REFUND PROCESSING POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. All refunds are returned to your original payment method. If you paid by card, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the amount. Store credit refunds are applied immediately upon approval.
